How Golden State CPR handles website requests
This website is used to describe Golden State CPR services and to receive scheduling requests. Please do not submit payment information, SSNs, or medical record details through the site.
Information collected
When you submit the schedule form, Golden State CPR collects the information you provide directly, which may include your name, phone number, email, organization, requested course, student count, requested date or time, location, and any notes you choose to enter.
Operational and security metadata
When the Gopsco-managed secure intake route is available, support systems may also collect technical metadata such as timestamp, page URL, referrer, origin, IP address, approximate country, browser user agent, timezone, language, screen details, and request timing data for abuse prevention, security review, troubleshooting, support, and operational recordkeeping.
Fallback request handling
If the protected intake route is unavailable, the form falls back to a verified standard delivery path using FormSubmit so the request can still reach the client inbox and support channels. That fallback may be processed by third-party infrastructure outside the direct Gopsco-managed intake path.
