Booking and confirmation

• A request is subject to review and confirmation by Golden State CPR.
• Pricing, travel fees, discounts, schedule, and location are confirmed after follow-up.
• First responder discounts require qualifying role or employer verification.

Use of the website

• Use the website only for legitimate inquiries related to training or client support.
• Do not attempt to abuse, spam, or interfere with the request form or site operations.
• Do not submit payment data, SSNs, or other sensitive medical or identity records through the form.
